Creating your social impact blueprint may seem a bit overwhelming. Let us be your purpose-driven strategy partner. Through research and planning, we’ll work together to frame an approach that will support your do-gooding while driving the bottom line.
Research: Any great strategy builds on what we know–about your organization, your audience, your context, your past experiences. We want to get to know you! We’ll work with you from step one to understand your goals and key performance indicators, craft new benchmarks, and design an approach that aligns with your unique purpose and processes. We’ll also take a deep dive into the background research we’ll use to inform the strategy that will maximize your impact. We’ll first work together to hone the outcomes you’d like to see, then our team will conduct a field scan and a review of relevant research to map a strategy that will help us achieve them. Interested in knowing what we found? We can help here, too! We’re happy to compile any key findings into a digestible report for your future reference. Planning: To quote one of our favorite children’s books, “A goal without a plan is just a wish.” Our goal is to make your wish a reality. Using the information we collect in the research process to improve our strategy and make decisions is essential to our process. We’ll work with you to focus your purpose, identify logistical considerations that may influence the process, and establish strategies, timelines, and tactics from start to finish.

BUILDING THE GOODERY.

From program design to implementation, nimbleness is how we roll. Our team is an agile crew of social impact experts, creative geniuses, and brand mavens offering a full suite of services and fully scalable solutions aligned to your unique purpose. We’ll work with you each step of the way to combine the perfect elements that deliver transformative results.
Design: Using the blueprint strategy we craft together, we’ll work with you to design key elements for your program–identifying inputs and outputs, laying out the day-to-day structure of the program, mapping timelines, coordinating budgets, and generally streamlining and managing all the essential logistics of focusing your program plan. We’ll work together to handle all creative elements for your program, from designing logos and branding to developing any artwork or website needs. Need to pilot test some program materials? Unsure about the user experience of your program website? As needs arise in your program design, we’re here to help! Implementation: Once we have a clear, focused program design, we’ll continue our work together into program implementation. We’ll help to manage operational needs to implement your program, from coordinating communications around the program launch, to managing day-to-day program logistics, to guiding your online and offline presence. Yes–we’re here for you when the rubber meets the road, too!

Your story will inspire discussion and action, especially when the right people hear it. That’s where we come in. Let us help you amplify your story and find your audience. From feature video production to creative marketing, delivering goodness through storytelling is at the heart of everything we do. Storytelling: So you’ve done some good. Now let’s spread the love (errr, impact). With scalable solutions from a small crew to a full production team, we’ll work with you to imaginatively capture your story in a way that builds powerful brand affinity. Using traditional marketing, social media, video marketing, and formal distribution through media, conferences, press releases, and more, we’ll connect you to the right people and places.
