Jeremy Oliver-Ronceros

Manager, Operations

“Let us endeavor so to live so that when we come to die even the undertaker will be sorry.” – Mark Twain

Helping people and creating change has always been an important part of Jeremy’s life.  He started a non-profit when he was 18 to help low-income clients in Los Angeles receive family law paperwork, connecting them with attorneys for little to no cost, eventually growing to the number two most recommended by the Los Angeles Superior Court System.  Growing up gay, with limited means to two ethnically diverse parents, showed him the importance of diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.  His parents supported him and gave him the courage to follow his dreams.  He worked with numerous charities in Los Angeles to develop a fundraising app, which enabled people to throw a party and gather donations in lieu of presents, and has been the Master of Ceremonies for over 2 dozen charities events.

After years of working to develop and enhance company infrastructure and analysis protocols, Jeremy comes to DoGoodery as the Operations Consultant with a focus on efficiency, organization, and analysis.  He is thrilled to be a part of a team actively making a difference in the lives of youth and communities around the world.
